Hard to say "how much", but Meguiars is far and away the best when it comes to exterior paint. For interior I like Lexol and Lederbalsam. For metal I like Flitz best. The Meguiar's leather cleaner (which is a 1 step) does not seem to do a better job than the 2-step Lexol system. The meguiar's stuff is good, usually the best, but in some applications (like the annodized trim on some models) nothing works like Flitz. It says alot for Meguairs when their products are either #1 or #2 in every category and only specialty niche stuff can edge them anywhere. Flitz seems to work great on any metal, any level of oxidation/tarnish/etc. Meguiar's would seem to favor the newer condition metal. I've seen Flitz take a mouse grey magnesium intake to mirror brilliance in short order. (okay Bill Wood was working his butt off to the point where we were questioning his sanity) but the results were simply amazing. There really isn't a bad choice between the two.
