There are a number of things that can cause this:

- vacuum leaks around the injectors, vacuum lines and intake manifold
- one or more bad injectors
- bad idle control module
- leaks in the idle air lines
- bad idle valve

Try a search - lots of posts on this problem. Sounds like you need a good shop with experience with these cars.
