I'm going to through in my 2 cents again. Since I have found my rough idle starts as the engine transitions from cold to operating temperature I'm thinking its sensor,vacuum or fuel related. Ignition problems (bad plugs, wires, coil, and cap) are more prevelant when a motor is under load and I'm only experiencing it at idle.
