I've checked the forum for related topics on the check engine light and running the codes. There are so many different techniques, and year models that all I got was confused.

The question: Can the codes be checked on the 93 300E 3.2L without meters and testing equipment?. I was not able to find the codes list for the 93 300E. I did find codes for 93 300E 2.8L and 3.0L but I didn't think Mercedes made a 3.0 in 93.
