I don't think there is a very accurate translation since gearing and other things (e.g., aerodynamics) come into play.

BTW: does a faster reaction time affect the 1/8 mile times or is it just another stat? If so, if I can shave 1/2-second off, and get the car to hook-up and the power not retarded due to a warm engine, then maybe I break into the low nines or high eights.
