Could you elaborate a little more on the exact problem?
You are saying the battery is OK, but there is no power going anyplace. It would seem unlikely ALL the fuses are blown, if so, just start replacing them all .
HOW do you know the battery is OK?
There is no "magic" fuse that powers "everything".
