Speak to the Service Manager and tell him you want to speak to the Zone District Service Manager- You want to schedule an appointment.

If he says no, then call the Lexus customer service number and report your problem.

Push, push, push .... they are questioning a safety item ..... ?hmmm, lets think about this for a minute .....

Tell him your close friend Mr. Haasman writes an automotive column and he'd love to publish this about Lexus.
