Hello people,
Can someone tell me how to (or if there is a site that can) translate a Euro VIN??
As most of you know, Euro VINs are not like US VINs in that they don't include a letter or a number that indicates the year of manufacture.

As far as I can tell, to know the year of manufacture, one has to know what serial numbers were made in what year and that is what I am looking for.
