Boostnbenz, that's what I was looking for ( the bit about the fuse stopping front left, rear right. ) After I thought about it for awhile I remembered that the back left had been acting up, sometimes requiring the door to be slammed to get it to move (something loose or corroded in the door, probably). So, most likely the back left is up to it's old, independent tricks, and a fuse has stopped the front left/rear right.

I had turned all the fuses but will get serious and clean/replace this time.
