So what's the big deal abouting eating a coyote?I swear on the star of my 74 240D (factory original) that about five years ago I shot a coyote that had come in our yard to lunch on our cats.It was a healthy female and while skinning it I noticed the meat had a plesant odor,so I fried some it was very good so I made a big stew from the rest of it for a pot luck all that had the nerve to try it liked it.

Last winter I skinned a 135 pound goat killing Cougar for a neighbore (spelling intended)he kept the pelt I got the meat.I had read in many old journals that it was the perfered meat of many mountain men and after many dinners later there is no dought they were right the only thing that comes close was a Feral pig I ate when we lived in FLA.
Also tried Bobcat it had good flavor but was much tougher than Cougar...........
