where to get them? how to fit them? hard to do for a amateur? any info appreciated. i'm not bothered about keeping the wipers if that makes it easier. Will they pass state tests ok?

Also, anyone know how to change the bulb that lights the auto gear selector positions? and where to get a new bulb?
