Since it is my car, I will reply
It is on the A/C compressor (fairly new) and it is one of the three bolts you loosen before attacking the adjustment screw to adjust your belts (something I just did recently)....
The car is on jack stands in the picture.... and it is not new, it has 183.9K miles on it (I took the picture Saturday).
