There is not much of a way to respond with out some data. If the car was nicked it would be obvious in the data.
Your car has no direct adjustments for caster or camber. Compensation can be done with bolt kits. The fact that it was aligned would only mean that acceptable specs were verified as the actual correction or compensation will require the kits at significant extra cost.
To solve the problem you will need to know the numbers and then evaluate cause and repair.
