My '77 GMC has been the cheapest to maintain of all the GM's that I own except for gas. The Cadillac is by far the cheapest to maintain but I don't drive it that much. My other GM's have needed nothing but maintenance items and you're right, those parts compared to any other make cost nickels and dimes and can be found almost anywhere.
