i wouldnt dare touch the human issue, but i can attest to this:

some canines ARE racists.

when i 1st moved to atlanta i lived with a girl that had a racist dog. a sheepdog (named friday) to be exact. (they are the clowns of the dog world, to them its a party ALL of the time!)

this dog was HIGHLY intolerant of people of color, especially when in the car.

the dog was certainly NEVER trained or rewarded for this behavior, but he exhibited it from a very early age, and maintained it for all of his life.

the other dog, an irish wolfhound, could care less about anyone, as he was big enough to eat ANYTHING in his vision. his tail was longer than my arm!

needless to say- his racist behavior was a problem in atlanta.
