Over Torqued?

I put a small dab of anti-seize onto the screws, when replacing them and torqued them to 9.93 NM. I guess I should have only torqued them to 6 NM, since they were lubricated? The manual does not specify lubricated or dry fit.

Also, I understand my wheel bolts are to be torqued to 82 Lbs.. Since I like to put a dab of anti-seize onto every bolt and screw, I guess they should be torqued to only about 50 lbs?
