I have a very similar problem that this person had: W126 window problem (not sliding jaw)

During summer, I found that the last few teeth on the regulator are worn off and that caused the problem. I have the regulator coming on the way to replace it. This is where I have my question. How do I replace this regulator? How many bolts in totla do I remove? should the window be up or down? etc.

Please try to be as specific as possible, so I wouldn't be confused half way into the task. Thanks for any replies.
