I have a 93 300se, model 140. My fuse #33 and #22(a/c, outside heated mirrors, ect.) have no voltage at all, and my blower motor is not working. how can I check the wires under the fuse box , where the fuse is connected to see if there is a loose wire that is causing the problem.
