How difficult a job to do an oil pan gasket? 93' 300E M104.

Just figured out where my oil leak was coming from, other than minor seapage from timing chain cover. Not a major leak, but I have a good amount of seapage on the drivers side of the car, resulting in a few drops in the garage every couple of days. Looks pretty straight forward. I also notice some oil below my oil filter, intake, and PS pump. I need to monitor this to determine source.

I searched the forum, but with no real luck.

I am a fairly ok DIY, just did all my shocks and struts, and swaybars recently, so hope this is doable.
