Hello, and that's a very funny post!
I would not clean any of it out unless you can take the intake manifold completely off the ar. This is because you will likely dislodge some gunk and cause it to be ingested into the cylinder and that might not be so good. I think it would be very much worth your effort to take the manifold off and power wash everything in and out to get the gunk cleaned out. This is what I did to mine and it worked great!
