HELP!!!! I just recieved a cd changer for christmas for my 2000 S430. I hooked up the fiber optic wire and the other little wire from the left side of the trunk and the cd changer turns on and the cartridge comes out but on the front sceen it says( activating CD changer please wait) for about 10 seconds the it says ( NO CD Changer) can anyone tell me what I did wrong. Thank you.
