Many times diesel fuel systems have problems with LOW sulfur fuels, different brands of fuel can contribute to problem. I have replaced way too many of the "o-rings". Also have tried installing complete new lines. 3-4 years seems to be the norm as far as longevity. Even the newer 96-98's have simular failure rates. I use a vasoline type assembly lubricant.
