A new windshield can vary quite a bit. From $150 - $900+.
factors include number of vehicles produced (how common is this glass?), specialty features (Laminated, lexan insert, built-in antenna, tint, heating etc) and if Aftermarket replacements are available.

Best to start shopping for OEM and take it from there.

Insurance should cover under Comprehensive. However, you may not have it or the deductible may be higher than the cost of the part.
