My take would be to rape and pillage that car ASAP! Take the tranny (if it's a good price, you can re-sell for more than you paid anyway) and take ALL the shift stuff, any wood inside that's good, the drivshafts (mark them both so you know how they came apart), take the pedal assy and clutch mast cyl (take pics and post here and I can tell you if they'll bolt to the 123). Just...., well...., take it ALL!
