I have used Western Automobile Company in Coldstream, Berwickshire four times now. On each occasion they have been superb. They are a franchised Mercedes dealer. Most recently they retro-fitted a factory telephone for me; they showed enthusiasm and knowledge in doing this obscure and difficult job. They have also been keen to remedy all of the detailed defects that I have raised with them before my warranty expires.

They can usually fit me in within days and provide a courtesy car, which they drop off when they collect my car. They are located near Berwick upon Tweed but tell me they will go all over the North East of England.

Superb.
