Mine does the same but what I figured is that the sensor is on the left side of the pan (91-300E..164K) and as soon as I get strtatight and I moved the steering a little bit to the left ( slushing the oil to the left side inside the pan) the light clears.........as long as you get the right level when you are leveled when you check your fluid (oil) ..OK
