Then do the "join owners online" thing (click the link about midway down., and go from there. It's not an overnight thing. You need to request the info (form), wait for it to arrive in the mail, then take it to a MB dealer (along with your vehichle) for verification of mileage on the odometer, submit it, and then it takes about 6 weeks to get the goodies.
