Take a look at these:

For cal and repair Protos and many others about $17.50 about $20.00
Certified (paper certificate) is extra as is cleaning, repair, etc.

Try your local airport maintenance facility. they can usually give you a lead on a calibration service. They are suppose to have theirs certified (paper cert) every year.
