It could be the window switch going bad. My switch on my 190E started to "stuggle" going up before the switch refused to work at all. After the switch was replaced it was fine. If you are ambitious you may want to try it. Removing the door panels aint a lot of fun. If you got the time lubing the regulator might work, be extremely carefulin removing the door panels. If you break one they are expensive.
