Just cut and splice the wires to the speakers, this will bypass your old fader and you can use the one built into the radio. You should find the fronts near the hole the radio goes in and the rears have 2 connecters in front of the shifter in the front console, you may also find them all in the far right of the radio hole, they all go into a connector there but it's hard to reach.
