Kind of. I've adjusted it twice.... the first time was to get it to stand upright and not drag itself over the throttle linkage (thanks PO!). The second time was to adjust it alllll the way out. It made a good change in the way the vehicle shifts, and whenver I get around to it will adjust it back the other way a bit. I don't think it is overly sensitive, but it does still get the job done.

Be carefull with that "e' clamp. It *really* likes flying off into the distance.
