Unfortunately, I happened to feel some disappointment about Hatch.

I had some underside part painted and some underside part replaced.

I specifically told them to inspect underbody for rust, because the car would be lifted and specialists would be looking at it anyway.

About the paint job, the day I came to pick up my car, rear left jack hole has a spot with peeled off paint. I cannot tell about overall job quality because time has not passed enough.

About the inspection, they reported nothing.

Now my car is at other shop (this shop does not specialize on only MB or on only two or three foreign brands).

The tech let me to see the underside of my car.
He pointed out a lot of spots where rust starts growing, and where rust is already serious.
Some of them were very close to the area on which Hatch&Sons worked.

The rubber coat looked fine to me, but he immediately pointed several areas of problem.
He peeled off the rubber in that area. There was really rust.
In some area, rust is very deep (a hole in the metal). So this rust should have been there also when I went to Hatch 3 months ago.
According to the tech, if the rust was found earlier so that fiberglass reinforcement was not needed, the repair cost is lower.

Unfortunately, this shop charges 75/hour for bodywork (they charge 75/hour for mechanical work)! This is more than Hatch (65/hour for body work).

My car seems to break my bank account due to body work.
