Is it the fuel filters you are not sure of? Don't worry piece of cake. Replace the inline first and then the spin on. Don't spin it completely on though. Just get it so the gasket just touches the surface. Then start pumping. When fuel starts to spurt out of the top bolt on the spin on, tighten it down.
I would adjust the valves first thing and then check the banjo bolt at the rear of the manifold. Take it off and give it a good shot of brake cleaner or carb cleaner.
