I put my vote for a new, all metal radiator I.E. copper and brass.

I saw here someplace where all metal radiators could purchased.

That's what I'd do if I needed a new one.

Things like these flimsy radiators are one of the reasons that Consumer Reports can't recommend purchasing any of the new MB because of their low quality.

Wake up German engineers: the Japs are building much better quality cars. Stupid things like putting in radiators with a plastic tank and aluminum core is ridiculous in an MB. Then add an aluminum head that cracks when overheated. What are the engineers thinking? Have the cost cutters taken over completely?
