there is a nasty smell, and what looks like goo on the left side of the positive coil and then a hardened something on the right side. Then when you remove the wire from the coil to the distributor, both of the things are corroded (white). And then of course, the left bank of cylinders arent firing so i guess thats what started the whole thing
