The water is coming from the antenna mast gasket. Seal that up and check for debris in the gasket around the trunk surround. Use POR 15 or some other rust stop chemicals and if you can leave the trunk open to let it dry out. Take out the trunk lightbulb so you don't kill your battery.
My trunk is always a little damp inside, even after sealing up the big leaks.
