I sold my 2001 CLK 430 cab with NAV & speaker phone and 11,000 miles for $45,000. The price for your 2000 seems extremely high for the high mileage on the car. I am sure that you can do better than this. The engine is great, but I wasn't happy with the handling of the car and also there terrible blind spot on the passenger side.
My new 2004 CLK500 cab is far superior to the 2001 in all these areas.
