Don't know what part of the country you're in, but the car sounds like not worth fixing unless you are just looking for something to do. By the time you dump a bunch of time and money into it you will still have an old naturally aspirated engine wagon that needs paint. I would only buy that car if I needed a beater to commute in. If you look, you can find a nice turbo wagon for a little more money, but you will have something. I suggest an 83 and up, because of all the upgrades that started in 83.
