do look into the hydraulic rear suspension stuff thats on here (do some searches...) I dont know enough to be conclusive, but I seem to remember more than a couple guys that need to put loads of money into self-leveling suspension repair (pressure spheres??, hydraulic pump on rear end of valve cover ? hydraulic lines that leak ? I forget.).
But for $400, if the body is rust-free, its tough to go wrong (you can always put better components in a soldi body.)
