Elau the combined number is meaningless. (I assume when you say your levels are 198 you mean combined LDL and HDL) What's meaningful is your LDL level. When they say people with the highest risk they mean people who have had heart attacks before or have diabetes. If you're not in that high risk group then you're OK. But it's always good to have your LDL's nice and low anyway.
