Hottee - he's the boss and the manager and the sales person all in one. And we live in a small town and I think he's the only one around here.
I have to let him get away, coz if I do insist on the part, and it subsequently won't work, I can't get a refund when I normally would.
So, for goodwill sake, I shan't push him too hard.
