This sounds like a broken linkage bar which transmits the lift drive from the motor to both sides of the seat. You are listing to starboard, so I would guess the right side has been damaged. You wil have to remove the seat to examine the drive mechanism. I had this happen on a Jeep Cherokee that I used to own. Had to remove the seat and have the link bar welded. The end had broken off.
