I think 175-180 is more like it. Did you take the limiter off of your car?
What about the ASR do you know how to break that by any chance? Also make sure you have tires that can not only handle the speed but the massive weight of a W140 going that fast.
I would imagin their are a few nice roads out west that would be perfect for that kind of run.
