AtlBenz, I had a code 10 on my 94 E500 and MAF replacement cleared it. The air filter housing will need to come off and you will see the MAF. Disconnect the wiring harness going to the MAF by turning the cap counterclockwise. Loosen the hose clamp holding the MAF to the throttle body then pull it off. The hose clamp will be a little hard to get to but I used a 1/4 inch drive 7 or 8 mm socket and ratchet. AFAIK rebuilders replace the wires in the MAF (you can see these wires if you look through it), and I don't think it is a DIY job. HTH.
