i have noticed that my dads fuel tank is under pressure when its been run for the day. mine isnt. does this mean the vent is plugged? the other day i changed his fuel filter and it was squirting fuel so i ran to the tank cap and opened it.pressure released and the flow stopped. my main question is will this effect the performance? 1983 300sd
