ok I have figured out most of the lines but here is a weird situation. Turn the key off, takes 5-10 seconds for engine shutdown. Vac test the shutoff valve directly and it works perfectly and hold perfect vacuum. I installed my vacuum guage between the brown supply line which feeds the shutoff valve and the supply nipple. The vacuum signal occurs when the key is in the off position but only about 5 inches of mercury, hence the slow turn off. Now it get weird. If I immediately restart the car, it idles slow like it wants to cut off because there is STILL some vacuum in the brown supply line. If I cycle the key 3-4 times off-on then start it, it bleeds the residual vacuum off and the shutoff valve is not trying to restrict fuel flow. I do know that I have a vac leak in the drivers door or somewhere in the yellow line with the black stripe. I dont think it is related, just wanted to mention.

Also what does the green line with the yellow stripe power?
