If the fan motor brushes are still ok, the most likley problem is dry binding bushings.

Pull the sound plate.
As I recall the mono blade must come out.
Then pull the blower motor cover.
You can lubricate it in place, it is a PIA, but possible.
The attached pictures should help some.

Replace fuses and test before you assemble housing.

The pump you are looking for is the far right attached picture.
