Is that the one with the engine made in the P.R.C.?
The newer 3.4 V6 is made in China. Not saying anything bad about it, of course, but it is a rough and nasty bugger.
I do understand wanting to buy basic, cheap transportation. Every few years, usually after I have ridden a bicycle in freezing drizzle without gloves, I enjoy the feeling of driving in a warm dry car, any car.
Then I remember that I love mechanical things, clever things, and that I love driving. So I go back to my original attraction - interesting cars.
So see you back here soon, or perhaps on the BMW or Jag boards!
