The Impala is a good car. But one thing you will notice is that the dashboard is extremely long, and the chassis is not very solid. Just going through puddles after a storm alarms the heck out of you. It feels like the water is shooting through the cabin via the wheelwell.

Power is good, and economy is similar to a 240D. Runs on regular gas.

The seats although thick, are rock hard. There is no support. I hope no long trips will be taken in it. The plastics are typical GM quality. But the V6 seems a compliant engine.

You are going to miss your Benz like you'd never believe possible. Next time, get an S-Class.
