They have the connector (a one piece fold-over thing that replacers the original two piece snap-together thing) and the pins. They MAY have the vacuum adjusters.

My DEPO headlights may not be as good as Bosch or Halla or Cibie, but they cost half as much and I frankly can't see how anyone could tell the difference from over 4 inches away. that extra 4 inches will cost you $100 per inch.
